Served 7 HEET principals and schools as critical instructional support to oversee the implementation of the school’s instructional learning plan as outlined in the Single Plan for Student Achievement and the Black Student Achievement Plan. Aligned student needs with resources to ensure academic engagement and enhanced SEL. Led the creation and implementation of the BSAP Innovation Capacity Building Grant, providing logistic and administrative support to over 230 grantees in over 150 schools districtwide with the site principal to lead the development and implementation of instructional initiatives and strategic plans that close the achievement gap and ensure that students achieve high academic standards and graduate "Ready for the World" by reaching the Board-approved 16 success indicators.
