Inspect all finished goods with micrometers dial bore and calipers to ensure tolerance level quality and dimensions meet or exceed industry requirements.

Maintain quality and production data in SPC.

Maintain 5S work environment.

Locate and pull items for customer orders.

Sort and recount items to ensure accurate amount is available for packaging.

Setup and operate CNC lathe machine, edit programs when necessary.

Read understand and interpret blueprints.

Machine and deburr production materials.

Utilize plug gauges thread rings micrometers and calipers to inspect all finished goods.

Maintain 5S work environment.
