• Projects included new construction of 12-16 unit timeshare condos, as well as the remodel of said condos in accordance with maintenance schedules, which included siding, handrails, roofing, light concrete decks, inside remodel, furniture replacement, electrical updates, etc.
• Kept a permanent crew of 15 that would travel with the company, accordingly.

• Responsible for the site development and buildup for timeshare resorts in Missouri and Texas.
• Supervised staff including subcontractors and laborers on assigned projects.
• Inspected construction sites regularly to detect potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Reviewed project proposals, estimates, schedules and contracts related to the project.
• Ensured that all subcontractors are in compliance with contract documents by conducting regular inspections of their workmanship.
• Coordinated material procurement processes with suppliers while ensuring timely delivery of materials at job sites.
• Negotiated changes or modifications in contracts as needed during the course of a project.
• Planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Maintaining quality control of materials received on the project, inspecting all work completed, and taking appropriate corrective standards.
• Responsible for providing written and verbal project communications for job costing, formulating estimates, and creating bidding models.
