While performing normal work duties, I assisted in implementing new patrol sights for both rifles and handguns receiving quotes to be purchased by the police department with intentions of helping officers’ confidence in shooting abilities, safety of community and to be more accurate with their weapons
I also helped with spillman to bring officers in compliance with NIBRS looking through several months of incidents of the SUPD staff to ensure reports were completed thoroughly and in compliance
I take the initiative to ensure the department and officers are following policy and procedures and I am always there for officers needs and forward the needs up
I take responsibility for my duties and hold officers accountable for there duties and actions.
