Professional Soccer Experience

  • Communication

Constant verbal and written communications with players, parents, officials and school administrators. Consisting of program notification systems, emails and personal and group meetings. Communication has always been first priority in my coaching style.

  • Recruitment

Player interest and recruitment was a key role for me during my time at Saint Joseph Academy and Holy Name. The continued success of           both programs depended upon skilled players interested in attending the school. My responsibilities included the off season training and coaching of program interested athletes. I implemented a junior program for those athletes that included off season league play, training and camps.

  • Daily Training Plans

My role at all past and present coaching positions included daily training plans. These plans needed to be organized and effective for skill

level and time allowed for each level of player development.

  • Program Development

Responsibility of program development was a responsibility during my tenure at Saint Joseph Academy and Bay SC. These programs were constantly evolving with new players with varying level of skill and knowledge of soccer. My responsibilities included organizing these players, keeping their interest at all levels and increasing their skill level and knowledge of the game.
