• Coordinated land acquisition for 6,500 parcels and managed 1,900 permits, securing construction access along Albanian pipeline route.
• Developed permitting strategies for environmental, forestry, mining, water use, demolition, and construction approvals; maintained permit register and advised project managers on schedule risks.
