Verification of contractors’/vendors’ credentials and tracking of entry/exit

Hands-on, as needed, to maintain residence in always-ready condition for Principals, extended family and guests (housekeeping, laundry, arrival preparation, etc.)

Clothing care and management including packing, unpacking and travel planning

Creation and management of vendor lists, checklists, manuals & maintenance calendars

Work strategically with team to plan and problem solve for routine & unique situations

Maintenance of vehicle fleet (service, system updates, configuration, appearance)

Personal errands for Principal and the residence, specific to Principal’s needs

Seasonal on-site weather preparation, start-up, wind-down and storm management
