- Provide full cycle recruitment to provide PhD level research leaders and staff for a wide range of Pharmaceutical Manufactures and CROs (Contract Research Organizations) from start-up biotechnology companies to Fortune 100 global corporations (ie. GSK, Astra Zeneca, Merck, etc.)
- Develop and execute retained and contingency contracts with KOLs in multiple organizations
- Perform high level search to actively develop relationships through effective database utilization e.g. LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, trade publications, conferences and professional convention attendance. etc.
- Maintain and cultivate an extensive personal data base of potential candidates- including their key requirements and career plan abstracts including timeline and desired roles.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize our efforts and realize economies of scale to optimize our search efforts.
- Utilize various ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) in concert with client companys requirements.
