Summary

I have 19 years of sales experience with the last 12 years spent in retail management. I am proficient in 20/20 Kitchen Design and have spent 12 of my retail years managing kitchen designs from initial meeting, ordering, overseeing the install, through to final settlement.

During my additional retail time I accomplished significant growth in sales, and became a manager. I helped to grow my associates as I grew, including promoting from within those I managed by teaching how to have excellent customer service skills, how to be goal oriented, how to use the best methods to achieve work goals, and how to be sales driven, all of which was a part of my every day routine.

I spent the last year in project management during which time I supervised & managed multiple projects and installation teams simultaneously and on a weekly basis until completion of the scheduled project. My involvement in each project started with the meeting of potential clients, budget planning, closing the deal, completion of the sale, through to slated project completion.

I attribute most of my career success to being friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and self set goal driven. I have successfully accomplished all of these goals while maintaining friendly, but professional relationships with clients and co-workers alike. I am looking for a career that will allow me to bring what I have learned, combine it with what my employer has to offer, to allow us to be successful together.
