Winner of company-wide concept and design contest for annual Summit

I selected and developed a unique concept for our annual sharing and exploration Summit (conference): "Evolve."   Having started out as a startup company and quickly gravitating toward a larger entity, I showcased the idea of evolving as a natural process that brings challenges, changes, and rewards.  With change comes the need for effective communication, and I wanted to highlight the importance of this, especially when adhering to company cultural beliefs and values and promoting company cohesion.  The selection of this concept resulted in an entire conference based around the exploration and adaptation of this idea and how we could better understand it to achieve success.
