- Remote sites all were converted to connect to cluster and utilize SRST for disaster recovery.
- Developed dial plan to facilitate that all sites were able to communicate internally on private network to one another
- QOS configuration to insure balance of all IP traffic
- Conversion all gateways to utilizing Cisco MGCP
- Redirected all infrastructure end points (wiring) T3, T1, PRI, BRI, FXS, FXO, POTS and all VOIP endpoints to connect to new gateways. Converted new OSI acquisition (30 locations) into t CCM cluster.
- Including reconfiguring all end points and converting all dial plans into OSI dial plan
- Maintenance, Monitoring and Training pier and lower tier employees for all VOIP systems
- IP Projects:
- Converted all sites to internal private addresses to zero subnet binary addressing utilizing DHCP servers
- Reconfigured Data Center wiring configuration to hub and spoke fiber and CAT6 architecture
- Core RSM configuration with VTP / VLAN architecture
- Configuration of Cisco Catalyst switches using VTP/VLAN architecture
- VMWare implementation with server team insuring seamless networking to their blade servers
- Developed virtualized CCM architecture for testing dial plans new hardware etc
- OS maintenance of all hardware across company infrastructure
- Testing of Load Balancing platforms
- Responsibilities:
- Support all LAN, vLAN, EIGRP,BGP, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, MPLS-WAN, VPN, VOIP, Wi Fi, Firewalls, Load balancers, remote access, virtual networking, Cisco IOS routers, switches, access points, VPN concentrators
