As well for just over 6 years provided staffing to multiple MICU/SICU and Step Down units across Sharp Healths 4 major hospitals working mostly day shifts but with plenty of experience working night shift as well.

During this time Covid-19 was in effect which hit all area hospitals pretty hard as far as having enough nurses. Often we worked out of compliance, meaning having more than 2 ICU patients and working overtime. Care of patients was different as ECAD was used often. Rotoprone beds, and per usual we were treating all CV pos patients in ARDS by manually proning them.

For most of Covid-19 I worked mainly at one hospital Sharp Coronado.
