- Follow written instructions from supervisor regarding production jobs to be completed.
- Troubleshot press when product defects occurred and immediately remedied issues.
- Maintain detailed logs of work performed including timesheets and materials used.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed while operating machinery.
- Train new employees in safe operation procedures for printing presses.
- Perform minor repairs to machines as needed.
- Promoted safety within department and followed protocols to maximize safety and prevent risk.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as lubricating moving parts or cleaning presses after use.
- Set up and operated progressive presses to produce materials to customer specifications.
- Load rolls of material onto feed mechanism of press.

- Inspected printed products for clarity, color accuracy and conformance to provided specifications.
- Verify accuracy of job orders against proofs provided by customer.
