I have been running distances for nearly 40 years,  I have run over 30 full marathons.  I am one of the miami marathon steakers-about 65 runners have run all 23 consecutive events.  I use the other sports as cross training.  Gardening is very special because i started to cut my lawn growing up in Hihgland Park Il, when I was 9 years old.
