  • Interface with cross-functional organizations in planning, forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, procuring, resourcing and process improvements.
  • Create documentation to support market deployments initiation and playbooks for rapid deployment.

Senior Manager - Communications & Data Product Management

  • Managed rollout of Universal Caller ID to TV and PC to all eligible triple play subscribers utilizing Motorola and PACE set top boxes totaling 28 million households passed and 3.3 million subscribers.
  • Required cross functional organization facilitation to support development, QA testing, deployment, sustained operations, provisioning, national care and marketing support of the service.
  • Managed switch tandeming trial that validated process to migrate voice subscribers from CDV switches nearing exhaust to underutilized switches within the network. The successful implementation of this trial allowed for Comcast to avoid deploying five additional switches leveraging the excess subscriber license capacity while saving over 12 million in 2009.
  • Created Comcast Digital Voice (CDV) Switch Deployment and Incremental Footprint Expansion Plan of Record working with DPMO and finance. Facilitated regular reviews with National Engineering (NE&TO) and vendors to ensure timely delivery of switches to avoid subscriber capacity exhaust and footprint expansions to support market quota and company stretch goals.

SR Project Manager – Comcast Digital Voice Deployment

  • Successfully managed the deployment of eight, Comcast Digital Voice (CDV) network switches (Cisco and Cedar Point), Comcast’s first Business CDV switch, four Capacity switches, eleven MGX new footprint additions and forty-four incremental OTN expansions in Eastern, Northern and Southern Divisions.
  • Provide project management direction, leadership and knowledge of NE&TO deployment specific activities of Comcast Digital Voice in Eastern, Northern and Southern Divisions.
  • Ensure all phases of design, ordering, central office acceptance (COA) testing, PSTN test and turn up, CO operational readiness testing and as-built documentation were adhered to in effort to reach network acceptance and transition production ready systems to Operations.
  • Work with vendors and various Comcast functional organizations to ensure successful implementation and configuration of systems and certification of test efforts.
  • Facilitate reviews of project status and issues while mitigating risks in all phases that could delay network handoff and launching of systems.
  • Act as single point of contact for all deployment status in Southern Division.
