I have nearly 30 years of diverse nursing experience. I have significant experience in direct patient care, both as inpatient/outpatient Registered Nurse for patients with high acuity clinical needs, as well as facilitation of safe patient discharges requiring complex outpatient infusion therapies. I also have extensive experience in direct patient and multidisciplinary clinical education, sales, and coordination among various care disciplines.   • In this Home Health Clinical Education Coordinator role, I have:
  • Provided New Hire Orientation education for the West Coast (AK/WA/OR/CA) Providence Home Health ministries (in collaboration with a multi-state education team).
  • Organized/co-organized several annual skills fairs for the five Providence Home Health ministries
  • Created educational content for important training topics for clinicians, including medication reconciliation, infection prevention in the home health setting, and suicide assessment and prevention.
