Assist kitchen staff in prep, opening the cook line, stocking up different kitchen positions. Run the expo window. Assist the kitchen staff wherever it needs during the shift. Cross trained in order to help multiple positions. Close down the kitchen and count all the meat remaining from that day. Created prep sheets for the next day.
  • Local Store Marketer: visited surrounding hotels and small businesses for current events. Create a game plan to cater to those events. Drop off coupons, other incentives to have hotels and small businesses push the restaurant. Created and tracked those coupons to see where the most business is coming from and where we can work on. Correlated school events/book fairs with our mascot to push “Kids Night.”
