Woodworking
I'm passionate about creating workplace environments that support all employees, especially those who are neurodivergent. I bring a wide range of experience and education, including a JD and an MBA from the University of Texas and over a decade in SAAS Product Leadership at major technology firms. I particularly excel at quickly analyzing and understanding overarching systems, intuitively understanding the friction and challenges that are occurring, and identifying simple and strategic changes to drive real, meaningful, and lasting change. As the founder of Neurodivergence At Work, I'm available to help organizations with raising awareness of neurodivergent thinking and the challenges their employees are facing, as well as helping design and implement training programs, talent management process improvements, and other employee support systems to create a truly inclusive culture.
