Summary

I've been a high rise window cleaner fot 30 years. every winter comes around and a guy needs to keep working, so I rely on my first trade as a cook...I have extensive experience as a second cook and am a good hand in any kitchen... I am curently an emplyee for precision camp sevices but I am needing a much more reliable position this winter as they seem to have lost alot of camps since my start date ...Having spent some time in Dawson Creek last year, I worked with a couple of cooks that recamended Blue Sky as a potential employer.

My window cleaning season is coming to an end in a real hurry and am looking foward to a winter...Possibly more if needed...In camp.

As mentioned, cooking was my first trade. I always loved creating colorful presentations of art to serve...I was into my second year towards my journeymans papers when all of a sudden the chef I was working under was fired.

After spending some months trying to continue my schooling, I was unable to find a chef that would take over where it was left off.

I got into high rise window cleaning which is what i've done for 30 years now, and so I've been continuing my kitchen skills in camp catering for several winters. It's been spread out over the years but I have approximately 10 winters in camp as second cook. I spent 8 years with All Camp Catering out of Calgary, they dont exist anymore or I would still work for them, and just the last couple years with Precision Camp Services with whom I am a current emoloyee.

I am looking to be kept busy for the winter months and if needed part time through spring and summer. Unfortunately my current job simply does not have the camps to do that and I've worked with cooks and bakers that spoke highly of Big Sky and would like to be apart of your outfit.

My window cleaning season is at an end in probably less than two weeks, and if possible would need full time emoloyment immediately.
