My responsibility was hanging parts, inspection of the parts and putting parts on carts then repaired parts that was bad by repainting them, then I powered coat painted same parts, and spending 6 months learning Quality how to find defects and repair them and fix defects on the line of our ATV and Side by Side line. Then in 2022 to 2024 I got the team lead role in Honda other paint department and these was my responsibility preshift ( exercise, reading safety newsletter, reading special announcements, reading weekly preshift, communicating production plan. 15 point inspection ( Check for PPE/ Safety and address any PPE/ Safety Issues Attendance(Associate Process Verification Hourly Check.
