With my 30+ years at OBE I’ve been able to work in many departments within the manufacturing industry. While starting in an assembly department I focused on print reading and quickly moved into the machining department. While CNC’s didn’t exist within our company in the 90’s I was able to get a tremendous amount of experience with machine setup and layout.

Once the company brought in the CNC process I was personally involved in programming and implementation. While working as machining and assembly lead for short periods of time, my main focus was within the CNC department. For over 20 years now I’ve kept up with this process as our company would improve equipment. I’ve become adept at precision measurement and I’ve significantly enhanced machine performance and reliability at OBE. My proactive problem-solving and ability to train others underscore my teamwork and leadership qualities. Our team achieved top product quality, while adhering to strict safety standards.
