Accomplishments

I have had the privilege of developing and implementing the high school course for study of the Japanese language and culture in my community. My classes have always been full of eager learners I feel due to my ongoing encouragement for each individual. I have taken several groups to Japan to experience the culture and language first hand.

I have been coaching at the high school varsity level since 2002 in multiple sports with particular success with my soccer program. Communicating with athletes to find their strengths and motivation has been my core attribute as evidenced by teams that have not always been the top performers but have had decent records with good team cohesion.
