- Shepherd a student ministry of over 110 active 6th-12th grade students with the aim of seeing them grow as disciples who are not ashamed of the gospel.
- Plan the discipleship vision for our student ministry in alignment with the mission of SCBC
- Prepare and preach a Christ-centered expository sermon each week for Student Worship
- Lead our Wednesday night student worship service, consisting of student-led praise, intentional prayer, and expositional preaching
- Preached expositional sermon series through entire books
- Taught church-wide theological intensives on various biblical doctrines to enhance biblical literacy
- Arrange a preaching calendar for the entire school year
- Equip our adult leadership team to teach connect groups and organize local mission projects
- Developed an on-going Student Leadership Team to raise up high school students to be disciple-makers and church leaders.
- Established and lead parent gatherings to encourage and equip them to be the primary disciple-makers in their home
- Launched an evangelism initiative in January 2020 that has inspired dozens of gospel conversations each year and has resulted in multiple professions of faith
- Co-Created the Student Collective Conference, a two-day citywide student conference to equip youth to engage culture with the gospel, reaching over 225 students in 2023 and 270 students in 2024.

- Wrote an inductive Bible study tool to serve as our teaching method for Sunday Connect Groups, enhancing biblical engagement among our students.
