As part of the BRAVO! acquisition, KBS hired me to oversee six states in the Southeast Region, representing over $100 million of revenue. In mid-January, the KBS leadership team asked me to step back from KBS regional responsibilities to lead and direct the BRAVO! integration to completion. I have been serving in this role since, with full integration expected to be completed by November 1st. Continue to participate in all KBS leadership meetings with EVPs and RVPs as directed.
Primary contributor to organization growth from $31 million to $94 million. Increased revenues in the region from $4.5 million to $26 million over a 15-year period, $3 million in the first year. Won largest contract in Company history, valued at $46 million over 5 years. As executive for the Virginia Region (Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC), I was responsible for overseeing daily operations with a 98% retention rate. This included overseeing the Director of Operations, 12 Regional Managers/Site Managers, the Quality Assurance Manager, the Maintenance Technician, and over 1,000 field employees. Additional responsibilities included employee relations, business development, customer engagement, innovation, and financial management. Profit goals were exceeded for the last 3 years. Improved Employee Rewards program with development and implementation of new awards (Rising Star, Team Award, Employee of the Year Award). Integrated new Transition program, enhancing workflow. Developed improved Corporate Newsletter (LEED'er). Initiated billing process revision, improving cash flow. Expanded service capabilities with market opportunities in Richmond, VA, and the Carolinas. Restructured management team improving service delivery, client relations. The merger with KBS in November 2021 increased responsibilities, with accountability for $8 million in revenues for the Virginia/West Virginia account base, totaling over $32 million in revenues.
