After receiving my Business Management Degree in 2015, I was promoted to Warehouse Operations Manager.

• Ordered food and supplies for deliveries and caterings. Evaluated incoming shipments for quality issues and processed unacceptable materials for return.
• Oversaw upkeep of equipment and physical condition of warehouse, identifying and ordering needed repairs, renovations and replacements.
• Put together delivery and catering orders for 15-5000+ people

Achieved a promotion to Delivery Driver and Caterer in 2011 for going above and beyond with my customer service and job requirements.

• Communicated with event coordinators and facility management to obtain appropriate catering accommodations.

• Built and maintained relationships with many organizations in our local community such as Boys and Girls Club of Paradise, Food from the Heart of Chico, Chico Lion’s Club, Walk MS, Chico Park Division, Blood Source, Chico Walks for Autism, Special Olympics, and more.
• Organized multiple events with the Boys and Girls Club of Paradise, CA that raised thousands of dollars for their annual Thanksgiving dinner and summer programs

Risk Management Chair Fall 2014 & Spring 2015

• Used Emergency Medical Training to take care of any injuries or emergencies that arose at events
• Assessed situations and prepared in advance for anything that could potentially be a risk to the Fraternity, it's members, or guests at our events.

• Attended and worked with sick and injured patients daily (50+hrs/wk)

• Responded to daily calls to provide quick and compassionate medical assistance and care for patients.
