• Assisted in coaching sprints, hurdles, and multi-events for the 8-time national champion Pitt State Gorillas track and field team.
• Contributed to the planning and organization of team practices, ensuring efficient setup and execution of training sessions.

Recruiting & Official Visits

• Actively engaged with high school coaches and top-tier high school athletes to identify potential recruits.
• Supported the organization of official campus visits and coordinated visit itineraries, including transportation of recruits.

Meet Management & Event Coordination

• Assisted in the setup and management of track and field meets, ensuring smooth operation of events.

• Provided coaching and mentorship to the U18/U20 sprint and hurdles group (specializing in 100H, 110H, 400H, 200, and 400) at the state and federal training center in Leipzig
• Facilitated the growth and attainment of individual objectives for young athletes through personalized guidance and support
• Successfully guided athletes to participate and excel in the German Youth Championships

• Provided coaching to an U16 group focused on sprints, hurdles, and jumps, with a temporary interruption due to overseas academic commitments at Stellenbosch University (South Africa, July 2019 - December 2019)
• Coordinated and oversaw the talent scouting, identification, and selection process for admission to the Elite Sports High Schools in Leipzig
