Program Design: Create tailored workout routines based on the client's goals, such as weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, or rehabilitation.
Motivation and Support: Provide encouragement, accountability, and guidance to keep clients motivated and on track.
Monitoring Progress: Track improvements and adjust the program as needed to ensure continued progress.
Education: Teach proper exercise techniques, promote healthy habits, and provide basic nutritional advice.
Additional Services:
Specialized Training: Offer focused programs for athletes, elderly individuals, or people with specific conditions or injuries.
Virtual Training: Conduct online sessions and follow-ups for clients who prefer remote guidance.
Group Sessions: Lead small group classes for clients who seek a social and collaborative fitness experience.
Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize pallets of products in the warehouse or retail area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines, including the correct use of safety gear and forklift operation, to maintain a safe working environment.
Shelving and Display: Arrange and stock products according to store layout and merchandising standards, ensuring displays are visually appealing.
