Provide supervision over all aspects of two Housing First Facilities. Housing First is a program that provides housing and on site supportive services including community psychiatric supportive treatment (CPST), case management, and life skills training based upon behavioral health service plan (BHSP) to long term homeless persons who are diagnosed with mental health disorders. Supervision includes supervision of the facility staff, facility upkeep, upholding program rules and overseeing tenants leases. Coached staff on productivity to accomplish goals.

Oversee the day to day operations of the assigned service sites. Monitor all consumer documentation to assure consumers are receiving services as designated by their ISP/IEP.
