• Developed commercialization due diligence templates to identify SME’s, current state process flows, pain points and owners.
• Utilize due diligence templates during Voice of the Customer (VOC) interviews with commercialization leaders to capture current state processes and owners.
• Performed analysis on Intake forms used to guide Key employees to capture pain points and process concerns. Resulting in the reapplication and reductions of Intake forms.
