As the Student Supervisor over the Floral Department at College of the Ozarks, you oversee the students working under you and help whenever and however is needed. I spent most of my time at work creating floral arrangements for events around campus, handling the floral purchases, and communicating with administration or other employees about flowers needed for events. I worked hand-in-hand with my Supervisor everyday to make the work environment beneficial for every student that worked with us. As the Student Supervisor, you are expected to make sure your team gets their tasks done in a timely manner so you are able to stay on schedule and create beautiful arrangements.
