HI, My Name Is Marlen. I am very confident in my ability to deliver on any task given. Once I'm given the proper training, and once i gain the proper experience for the job at hand, i become one of the most dedicated, reliable and likable employees on the clock. i guide and micromanage others and create a healthy and fun work experience for everyone to enjoy. i am very disciplined when it comes to my work ethic. i don't stop until the job is done, and my performance stays consistent throughout my whole shift. i never settle for doing the bare minimum, i do what is asked and i do what i can to improve the environment we work in. Managers trust me and lean on me to help them keep our work environment healthy whenever they can't be there to do so themselves. Last but not least, my mix of personality and professionalism helps create an equal and healthy balance for workers to have fun and still get their job done at the highest efficiency.
