I have 25 years of experience with American Airlines where I served in various positions including: Customer Service Agent, Ticket Agent Sales Agent, and Account Manager. I have extensive experience with their Sabre mainframe computer system and am very proficient with a personal computer. In addition to my customer service skills, I have a proven ability to work under pressure and on my own or with minimal supervision. I am equally comfortable working as part of a close-knit team. I prepare reports efficiently and apply a thorough knowledge of company practices and procedures.
