• Manage all aspects of the Boys & Girls Club Unit to ensure an environment, programs and services prepare youth for success.
• Supervises assigned staff to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Work closely with the Associate Chief Professional Officer and Resource Development Coordinator in executing strategies and monitoring progress towards established goals for resource development and fundraising.
• Ensure programming reflects the Native American culture in program planning, development and implementation whenever possible.

• Responsible for the supervision and to carry out youth activities that promote character development, leadership skills and civic responsibility.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of the Boys & Girls Club program goals and objectives.
• Responsible for maintaining and managing daily operations of Boys & Girls Club facilities.
• Crates and completes reports to comply with required agencies (internal and external).
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
