I worked as Security Officer, which entailed doing patrols for the entire facility( Schwab) & monitoring / reporting potential issues , lobby/ visitor entrance engagement and new security training.

Primarily I worked two accounts within this organization. One was at a mall site, in which I managed an admin office, signing in visitors and vendors insuring they were properly vetted and visitors escorted. I also worked for their "Boeing" site. That entailed processing badges, assuring proper government authorization was in place and visitor/ vendors were either properly escorted or also vetted for work in the facility.

Over the course of my tenure at Guardsmark I held many positions at Guardsmark. Depending on the client, I was in a supervisory role for the sites. Duties included:

Supervision of shift officers, staffing, insuring learning and development needs were met, emergency response, security operations center management, video monitoring and surveillance, investigations, driving patrols and transport of VIP's, badge management and access control systems, event management, training and coaching of new and existing staff, as well as on call duties for 24/7 operations console.

I worked in the capacity as food prep woker, cashier and host.
