• Provided and coordinated health care for clients in a methadone (opioid recovery) clinic
• Worked with mental health clients in providing them with the support and physical health care needed to recover from substance abuse

• Care for medically complex, post-ICU patients who are both chronically and critically ill

• Worked under the supervision of licensed staff to deliver high quality care to patients on five behavioral health units serving the geriatric, adult, and adolescent populations
• Assisted management in defining the role of patient care tech to provide consistency between the five behavioral health units, oriented new patient care techs, and assisted in deescalating agitated patients by being a part of a behavioral response team

• Supervised staff of a 100-bed shelter, did annual reviews, and trained staff in best practices and trauma-informed care
• Deescalated crisis cases that came in during the night and assisted in getting youth ready for placement or a return home
