• Managed opening of bar in 2010, secured financing and negotiated purchase of the commercial building in 2012, secured the financing for Music Venue expansion and oversaw required design review with City of Portland and subsequent construction between 2014-2016.
• Developed training protocol and workplace handbook guideline for employees and management staff.
• Responsible for all business budget planning and administration, including bi-weekly payroll, bill pay, analyzing and implementing cost control measures to ensure a successfully operating business.
• Coordinate special events in venue space, including weddings, birthday and anniversary parties, holiday parties, etc
• Oversee special event fundraisers, including soliciting and coordinating donations and volunteers for auctions.

• PFA Spring Festival Coordinator (2023):

Coordinated largest Beginning/Lower School community event for Catlin Gabel. Responsibilities included securing and managing 30+ parent volunteers, coordinating all outside vendors, working closely with the Advancement, Communications, Human Resources, Facilities, IT, and Accounting Departments at Catlin Gabel regarding all budget and protocol guidelines for the 500+ person event. Coordinated multiple class specific traditions that are part of the Spring Festival.

• PFA Class Representative (2018-2019): Responsible for communication and coordination of multiple events, class projects, and related parent volunteer needs.
• PFA Catlin Fund Ambassador (2020, 2021): Responsible for communicating the goals of the Annual Catlin Fund Campaign with parent community, encouraging families to make donations to Fund, working in close collaboration with the Catlin Development and Advancement teams.
• PFA Class Auction Art Project Coordinator (2019, 2022): Responsible for envisioning and coordinating logistics for a collective class created art piece to be sold at the Annual Catlin Gabel auction. Logistics included coordination of parent volunteers, community donations for project, and collaboration with Catlin Auction Committee.

• Plan and coordinate a wide range of large and small scale private events, including destination and local weddings.
• Collaborate with clients to create an event plan of action that meets their needs and budget.
• Manage event logistics and operations based on client's needs, including coordination of staff, vendors, location, permits, insurance, transportation, and any additional day-of-event needs.
