Assist department chairs in the creation and delivery of professional development in PLCs and department meetings.

Work collaboratively with counselors to schedule students in classes and run credit checks.

Act as on site administration for Twain Crawford Campus in Principal/Vice Principal designee capacity.

Assist students and families with work permits.

Facilitate restorative conversations/meetings with students referred to office with behavioral concerns, including parents where indicated.

Observe classroom teaching and learning for the purpose of providing feedback to teachers and students.

Deliver one on one and whole staff professional development, including district initiatives such as high school transition to standards based grading.

• Administered formative assessments as well as standardized tests to evaluate student progress.
• Prepared and implemented lesson plans covering required course curriculum and aligned with Common Core standards, critical concepts and proficiency scales as provided by SDUSD.
• Adapted lesson plans and curricula to student needs, increasing GPAs and student engagement.
