I currently oversee an Intensive Group Living Environment providing services to adult DMH Consumers. My role entails hiring, training, supervising, and motivating staff in a strength-based culture. I am actively involved in evaluating the program's effectiveness and formulating strategic solutions for overall improvement. My responsibilities include responsible for budgeting program operations and ensuring strict adherence to the budget. In addition, I collaborate closely with state agencies and providers to assess and monitor consumer needs and progress. My primary focus is on guaranteeing the successful functioning of the program and delivering the utmost value to the organization and program participants.

- Leading overall project planning and implementation while following established policies and procedures.

- Assisting in defining project goals, scope, and deliverables for a smooth workflow.

- Providing education, support, and advocacy in the Special Education process, including attending IEP meetings and recommending school-based services based on the child's needs.

-Assessing inmates' needs through interviews and criminal history reviews to create tailored rehabilitation plans.
- Facilitating access to educational, vocational, and substance abuse programs.
- Monitoring inmate progress, adjusting plans as needed.
- Serving as a liaison between inmates, prison staff, and external agencies.
- Maintaining detailed case files and implementing risk assessment tools. - Leading group counseling sessions and coordinating with parole officers for re-entry support.
