• This position is a companion to individuals with developmental disabilities and assist them in acquiring daily living skills. Providing daily support which includes but not limited to: personal care, daily meal preparation, medication administration, daily activities, transportation, and continued focus on implementation of individualized objectives.

Responsible to assist supervisor in the delivery of quality services to each individual served by A New Leaf. Within the residential program develops, monitors and coordinates services for individuals served; Completes all documentation on individuals as it pertains to their program; May provide direct care services. Works with staff and individuals to accomplish all areas of focus needed.

• Organized and maintained household inventory records, including supplies and equipment.
• Monitored service provider performance to ensure quality of services delivered.
• Scheduled and supervised vendors for maintenance, repair, and cleaning tasks.
• Developed systems for efficient management of daily operations in the house.
• Managed staff payrolls and other administrative duties related to personnel needs.
• Ensured compliance with health and safety regulations at the residence.
• Established standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness throughout the house.
