• Supported the registrar in the coordination of incoming and outgoing loans, including completing loan agreements, insurance documentation, and condition reports.
• Assisted with the inventory of the museum's collection, conducting regular checks to reconcile physical artworks with database records.
• Contributed to the implementation of preventive conservation measures, such as monitoring environmental conditions and recommending improvements.
• Worked closely with the museum's curatorial and exhibition teams to facilitate the smooth flow of artworks for display and special projects.
• Participated in the installation and de-installation of exhibitions, ensuring proper handling and documentation of artworks.
