IT Office Support
- Completing Inbound Support Tickets: Blue Foundry Bank uses align services and their automated ticketing system. It follows a rigid SLA format to prioritize tickets and distribute them to be handled efficiently by the IT team. Being at this position taught me how to allocate my time between projects and provide support to incoming tickets without risking loss of quality.
- Regularly Patching User Systems: On a regular basis, I would evaluate risk score with company wide user machines. This is done by an hourly scan created and regulated by their virus scan Rapid7 to assure all machines are meeting expectations on patches sent from softwares and OS’s. It is specifically important to locate any machines having issues updating and reach out to the user to patch the machine with whatever program or cumulative update the computer was having issues encountering.
- Handling Administrative Tasks and Software: I have been able to access admin centers that could fix issues like user change requests and such. These include programs such as Microsoft Admin Center, Microsoft Outlook Center. I used these to modify groups, assign users, reset passwords and multifactor authentication settings, etc.
