Psi Chi Honor Society

Psi Chi is and international honor society for college students who majors in psychology and have a high GPA which helps them sharpen their leadership experience and makes them more knowleadgable of the science of Psychology. The purpose of me being a member of Psi Chi International Honor Society is to receive academic recognition, advance in the science of psychology, and support the professional and personal development of its members.

Peers Promoting Progression (P3)

I recently became a member of P3 which is under the direction of Dean Dedra Williams. The role I play in P3 is simply someone who learn the History and Traditions of Albany State University and provide that share that information with those that are new to Albany State Specifically Freshman to sum it all up Im at Student Leader on Campus. The purpose of me being in P3 is simply to share the History and traditions of Albany State University and promote the importance of HBCUs.

My Job as community service Chair is to come up with events and partner with different organizations on and off campus so that KINGS could not only serve ASU but the city of Albany, Ga in general.

I participate in the Psychology club since I'm a Psychology major and basically as a general member I do what I can to help out in community service events, and I also attend events like Psych Week and help with special engagements for example I recently represented the Psychology club with the Sun of Soil festival in downtown Albany on October 11th and I do other things behind the scene such as help prepare candy for Ram Raid etc.
