  • Accomplished increasing our staff by 300 in 2 months to stabilize the high applicant volume demands of the heavily federally funded CERA program during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Became so well versed in our ATS of ADP and Paycom that I was given the responsibility of training all new HR specialists as well as our HR managers, assistant director, and director on various portions of the software. Those functions include: Posting requisitions, editing/updating employee profiles, tracking and managing applicants, and timecard management.
  • Managed recruitment for all 4 of our agency's departments encompassing entry-level positions up to assistant director roles while coordinating with various leaderships on making quality selections.
  • Played an integral part in the revamping and rebranding of the HR department and onboarding process that garnered HR the highest support department rating in the entire agency.
