I create the flaky, buttery crust that has been passed down from generation to generation, prepare menu items in a timely and efficient manner from scratch following recipe guidelines. I coordinate pizza ovens, clean, stock and maintain line throughout my shift. I inform management of shortages, excess and abnormalities in the kitchen. As a Sales Associate I supported the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. I was responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per company standards. I also, supported the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping merchandising, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking. I worked two jobs.
Housekeeping
When picking up extra shifts I worked in housekeeping I swept, scrubbed, and mopped floors. I washed, sorted and folded laundry. I dusted, refill toiletries, dispose of trash, cleaned basins, mirrors and showers. I wiped down glass surfaces, operated and maintained mechanized cleaning equipment. I have knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods. I have the physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend. I also have the ability to lift, push and pull required loads.
I helped to empower individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities by providing direct client care. I administered medications as directed, planned and prepared meals, cleaned and maintained the facility. Provided client transportation to employer, bank, store, doctor’s appointments and other community activities. I helped teach independent living skills to clients. Exercised behavior management and response, financial responsibility and community behavior. I was responsible for preventing client abuse by adhering to all policies and procedures, attending periodic training, reporting suspicious and inappropriate behavior, and following mandatory abuse reporting requirements. I also completed administrative and clerical documentation including but not limited to: Daily notes detailing client activities supporting the approved Individual Support Plan (ISP) and other duties as assigned.
As an Office Helper, I answered phones, kept records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
