I create the flaky, buttery crust that has been passed down from generation to generation, prepare menu items in a timely and efficient manner from scratch following recipe guidelines. I coordinate pizza ovens, clean, stock and maintain line throughout my shift. I inform management of shortages, excess and abnormalities in the kitchen. As a Sales Associate I supported the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. When picking up extra shifts I worked in housekeeping I swept, scrubbed, and mopped floors. I washed, sorted and folded laundry. I dusted, refill toiletries, dispose of trash, cleaned basins, mirrors and showers. I wiped down glass surfaces, operated and maintained mechanized cleaning equipment. I have knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods. I have the physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel and bend. I also have the ability to lift, push and pull required loads.
