I am a service professional with years of customer service and sales experience. I excel when I am in a challenging and thought provoking work environment. Supervise and train the spirits sales team, work with customers to realize their needs and make recommendations that suit them. Maintain and organize parts department. Work with Service personnel and technicians to provide and/or order the correct parts for service work. Maintain inventory and stock parts for the department and showroom.
Handcrafted beverages for customers while providing excellent customer service. Maintained clean workspace and store, including cleaning bathrooms and work areas.
Work with customers and dealership staff to schedule and oversee service appointments for customer and dealership vehicles. Maintain customer relationships, make phone calls, schedule meetings and work with technicians to ensure service appointments went by smoothly and without issues. Occasionally assist with ensuring customer satisfaction when they had issues with service work. Make phone calls and work with warranty companies to have service work and parts payment approved for customers. Maintain service department and assist with moving vehicles.
