- Pack all orders completed in packing station.

- At the beginning of the day I was in charge to place all 26 people in their areas on our whiteboard before production began
- I had to look at the calendar for any people off or on vacation
- If any people came in late I took their spots till they got to work
- I would walk around to make sure all spots were filled so that the 3rd shift people can get off line and go home
- I took the third shift production numbers and put them in the system, assembled machine scrap, unassembled scrap, manual scrap etc
- Throughout the day I would have to take care of any issues that came up like for example, any quality issues, any machine issues, or any downtime due to machines going down
- I had to move people around to keep them working and not just stand around waiting for the machine to start up due to machines would be down for hours
- I would have to move people around to rotate people around for breaks, making sure everybody takes breaks
- When the supervisor was off I would have to take the role of the supervisor
