I am a self-motivated person.  I have  been in this line of business for over 30 years. I love to learn new things and teach new things.  There is no job to small or to big.  My management skills are do not ask an employee to do something that you wouldn't do.  Team work is everything.  I know this business is at the fastest level there is and quality counts.  I do want to learn more in this line of work I always go online to see if there is a class online or a local class I can take.
