Supervise detainees specifically assigned to Food Services my monitoring and directing them in food preparation, clean up and sanitation.

Coordinate and monitor detainee movements, conduct counts, and provide emergency responses as needed.

Initiate disciplinary reports on detainees.

Prepare reports and maintain daily logs as required.

Promote facility safety and cleanliness and report needs for maintenance or repairs.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Clean and sanitize company vans and buses from main facility and out of town facilities.

Pick up and deliver equipment needed from out of town on company vans or trucks.
