Work History

Epic Training & Adoption Project Coordinator

Mosaic Life Care
11.2022 - 03.2023
  • Company Overview: Mosaic Life Care contracted with Epic University to train their users in a conversion from Cerner.
  • As Epic Training & Adoption Coordinator, my responsibility was to ensure the Day in the Life sessions were well developed, providing appropriate workflow scenarios for the Super Users to be able to use when training their End Users.
  • I also provided 'Train-the-trainer': sessions for the Super Users to prepare them for facilitating the Day-in-the-Life sessions.
  • I developed and used Excel spreadsheets to keep track of the status and readiness of the day-in-the life sessions and the Super Users conducting the training as well as the attendees.
  • I worked with the Epic Representatives and the Mosaic management to track the status of the DIL materials and preparedness of the Super Users who facilitated the sessions.
  • I also had the responsibility of looking for gaps where the training for the end users was not sufficient for a successful Go-Live.
  • I provided job aids and tips as to how to effectively conduct an Epic training session.
  • Mosaic Life Care contracted with Epic University to train their users in a conversion from Cerner.

  • I provided support for the Help Desk for physicians, resolving their issue if possible or placing a ticket, sending it to the appropriate category and group.
