Accomplishments

I like to keep my team on payroll, I was transferred to one of the lowest producer store on the chain, with the instructions to terminate half of the team, because of all the issues they were creating.

On my first day I had one to one with every member of the team, I like what I heard from them, I called my CEO explain my observations and asked him to give me one year to turn the store around, a year later my store was the 2nd store of the chain and very close from the 1st one, I was able to keep all the employees and deliver sales and profit, listening and working with the team made the store to be a success.
